Food & Drink
I provide all children with healthy snacks, water, milk or juice during snack time. Our snacks include a selection of fresh fruit and vegetables, crackers, yoghurt or toast and are inclusive of fees.
Breakfast is provided for children starting early in the morning between 8am and 8.55am. Breakfast may consist of cereal or toast and a drink of milk, water or fruit juice. There is a small charge for Breakfast of £1.00.
Parents must provide their children with lunch in the form of a packed lunch, a cooked, cling-film wrapped meal that can be reheated or a shop bought meal. In accordance with the healthy eating initiative I kindly ask that you provide children with a sandwich a piece of fruit, a yoghurt or cheese and a snack such as a biscuit or crisps. You can also provide a juice drink but please refrain from providing fizzy drinks or drinks with high sugar content. Alternatively, I can provide your child with a drink or a meal if you require but there will be a small charge of £2.00 per meal.
If you provide a meal to be reheated I can use the microwave or toaster to do so. If children require a meal or where parents have not provided any food I can provide a light snack for which an additional fee will be made payable by you.
